2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TickerAI.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Free tier

• Browse ranked opportunities in Discover, read opportunity context, use a basic watchlist, and explore Win Proof education at no charge

Pro plan

• £19/month when billed monthly
• £190/year when billed annually (Save 2 months vs paying monthly)
• 14-day free trial when you start Pro checkout via Stripe (card required; cancel before renewal)

Billing

• Charged via Stripe after any trial period ends
• Recurring until cancelled

Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime
• Access continues until end of billing period
• No partial refunds unless required by law

4. Alerts & Notifications

TickerAI may send price alerts, market opportunities, and daily summaries. You control your notification preferences.

5. Referral Program

Users may earn:

• £5 one-time reward per successful referral
• £3/month while referral remains active

Conditions:

• Referral must convert to paid user
• Fraud, abuse, or self-referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to withhold rewards if abuse is detected

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Abuse the platform or referral system
• Attempt to bypass limits (e.g., multiple accounts)
• Interfere with system integrity

7. Financial Disclaimer

TickerAI provides informational insights only.

We do NOT provide financial advice or guarantee performance or returns. All investment decisions are your responsibility. You should conduct your own research or consult a financial advisor.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickerAI is not liable for financial losses. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of data.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse or fraud.
